OUTDOOR TRAINING SESSION

Try out Karate by the Beach!
Join us as we train in Traditional Shotokan Karate by the scenic
oceanside. This workshop will introduce the basics of self defense,
balance blocking, punching and kicking techniques that increase
flexibly, range of motion and joint stability.
