SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING
Women & girls only Self-defense
Ages 10 and up.
Saturdays 11:20-12:20pm
Group class: $10 lesson
No previous experience is required.
No karate uniform is required
Quick Fix
Many martial arts schools offer short time
self-defense courses. From one day to one
month seminars or workshops, that in our
opinion does not work.
Unloaded Weapon
Receiving ineffective self-defense instruction
can be dangerous.
Creating over confidence or false sense of
security based on ineffective self-defense
techniques, may put you in danger by taking
under estimated risks. "It is like going to a bad
neighborhood or an isolated location relying in your
gun and later when you need to protect yourself
from an assailant, you realized your gun is not
loaded with ammunition leaving you in a vulnerable
position".
Traditional Karate Institute Approach
We provide with continuous self-defense training
based on real Shotokan Traditional Karate
applications, without exams, tournaments, or
uniforms. Our program includes training the mind &
body. We teach effective self-defense techniques
and how to produce power using your entire body in
order to generate maximum power. Proper breathing
and continuous training of techniques in different
scenarios leads to keeping control of emotions in
emergency situations, reacting adequately.

Organize your own group at a time convenient for
you. If you and some friends, co-workers, and/or
relatives would like to arrange a private group, call

happy to accommodate you.
